The hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a musty smell and were too warm, which I had to request to be adjusted. The service was kind and attentive, with thoughtful emails before my arrival. The location was disappointing as it was far from the center. The dining options were varied and of good quality. The hotel offers some great facilities.

The rooms, despite having a balcony, kitchen, dining area, and roll-out sofa, were disappointing due to the horribly stained seating area and overall dirtiness. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, with beyond pleasant and helpful staff. The location offered stunning views of the city but lacked some cleanliness. Dining options were a hit or miss with some dishes being out of this world while others lacked staff agility and cleanliness. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
